October is a great time to grab a delicious slice of pizza because along with the spooky season it’s also National Pizza Month. Created by Pizza Today magazine publisher Gerry Durnell, the unofficial holiday began in 1984. Decades later, folks across the country spend the month indulging in the popular meal from various pizzerias. While this would usually become costly, most pizza outlets offer reduced-price promotions and even give away free pizzas or slices to customers.
That means food lovers are going to find pizza discounts everywhere, from local restaurants to big chains like Pizza Hut, Domino’s, and Grimaldi’s Pizzeria. To better navigate National Pizza Month, we have put together a list of tasty deals from every popular eatery in the United States. So be sure to check back often, or every time a pizza craving hits.
Throughout National Pizza Month, Blaze Pizza is offering any 11-inch two-topping personal pizzas with a beverage or dessert for just $10 when you dine in, order via the Blaze app, or online. Casey’s is offering a series of deals that feature a different pizza each day. There are sausage pizzas, breakfast pizzas, and two-for-one deals on offer all month long with prices ranging from $10 to $14.
Popular frozen pizza brand, DiGiorno launched a National Pizza Month sweepstakes, with chances to win free pizza, merchandise, and more. One lucky person will also win the Ultimate Pizza Experience, which includes $5,000 to spend on live events, travel, or even a pizza-inspired tour of Italy. To enter, just follow the instructions on the 31 Days of DiGiorno website. The only catch is that there’s a limit of three entries per person each day.
